I just worry that its going to play like an indie version of it.Īnd with ArcheAge 2 getting announced which will play similar to ashes of creation with some differences. all of these are core aspects of Archeage but ashes of creation is trying to make them all bigger and better which is great and not every mmo needs to revolutionize the genre but. Spells look/feel similar and it has a similar class archetype system, sieges and boat warfare etc. You can see they've used a lot of archeage basis in their game mechanics other than the node system. After watching today's alpha streams and previous content on YouTube you can tell they've used Archeage as their main inspiration and i know Steven has played a lot of it as well.
